wonderful shot of "paradise".. this seems to give off such a nice, warm, exotic feel with the clarity & vastness of the water, and the baby blue sky. I like the perspective as well.. .certainly makes me want to be there

I'm Off to Thailand early next year, after Australia and NZ, and followed by a couple of months in India.
I'm going to take a Digital SLR I'm buying in the next few months - any tips for travelling?

Make sure to visit the Phi Phi islands in Thailand. I've also heard Krabi is supposed to be beautiful but we never visited it.
Other locations around the world that I can recommend is New York City, Vancouver and Toronto. Those are my favorite cities! If you are looking for more excotic or at least warmer locations Greece is wonderful - any part of it really!
I was in North America for 3 months late last year. Visited New York City, New Jersey, Boston, Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa, Montreal, Mexico City and Cancun. I've also stayed in Toronto for approx 9-10 months or so. It's like a mini NYC. Cheaper, safer, calmer, but still got that "biiiig city" feeling. Nothing beats NYC though thats for sure.

I've been told to go to Lao and Cambodia are good so they are on my list.
I'm thinking about getting trained up for scuba diving - dunno yet
Not going to the USA unfortunately - not a fan of the USA right now.
