I think I have been overcoming some parts of myself that I thought I would struggle for a long time with. I still can feel the grief that is attached to these places, but I know now that I do not have to completely reside there. Before in that environment I would be quickly overwhelmed by how quickly my emotions wanted to respond and I would completely shutdown. I have done a lot for myself in figuring this part out within.
