Nano: It's the Digimon version of Hugo from Street Fighter 3 XD
NOTE: For some reason the official bones for SkullMeramon has no lower bone for some reason, must of been hard to animate him in the game......actually I can't really say that because they created those bones XD so the IK may be a bit odd
