the longer I'm on hold the crankier I get but I tend to use my "Librarian-Voice" which my Sisters and I learned from our Mother...who has the deadly "MOM-VOICE". It's basically someone had better take care of this or I'll reach through the phone and throttle you.....and get someone who speaks frickin' English!!!
Poor Sephy. He needs Almond Cake and Tea. Everyone Else is ALWAYS Welcome. The more the Merrier and the more Psychotic the more need for Almond cake!
