I can do 24 hour holds but payments need to be sent before i start progress. Ref's also required

AND the characters in this example are adoptable! If all five slots get filled and people would like more to be done i'll open another 5 slots. And once the valentines day season this will come back on my account as a P2U base!

  You don't have to credit me if not re-selling.
Outside of the re-selling rule you can do pretty much whatever you want :3
