WOW!! That is beautifully grotesque! I really like how wet and pulpy everything looks, and the red/yellow color scheme works damn well!
I'll agree with Many, the two dots near the wrist look a little disconnected, but thats about it. Definitely one of your best makeups to date, both in style and execution!
BTW, globs of Vaseline works great as really infected pus-- you can even add a drop of food coloring to up the effect.
