i love tigers nad i love almost ever y tiger pic u have up but i like this one becouse its just so intense he looks like he is ready to go and hunt after a nice cold drink

You sure should do more b/w work, this is absolutely stunning. And I think it's even better as not too sharp. The gaze in his eyes,how you've captured it, leaves framing his face and the blurred background. It's just perfect and I bet if his "girl" could have a photo of him on the em.. wall, she would love this one.

I dont see a problem with the sharpness Johnny, maybe its just on full size, but here it looks absolutely fine!
Brave going mono with this, its not something I would have considered, but thanks for the insight, as I have a Big Cat photography day coming up in a couple of months, so I may steal your idea if thats ok!!! lol

I agree with you. Our personal favourites, sometimes aren't perfect photos at all. And it's just that imperfection, I believe, that we love it even more. I have a photo like that as well, and because it's not sharp and not quite in focus, it makes me smile every time I look at it.
