Kif sighed. "So, tell me how your diplomatic mission went, sir."
"It went quite well...I am tired, though."
"But your uniform is torn..."
"You know how it is, Kif - the women just couldn't keep their hands off of me."
"What about the bruises?"
"Kif, don't you have anything to do?"

Zapp Brannigan was actually caught taking in the sights at the planet's famous baths; after being roughed up, he had quite a bit of explaining to do. In retrospect, he probably wasn't the best choice for this diplomatic mission.

This picture is a mixture of some of my favorite things to draw...my favorite cartoon characters, lots of science fiction stuff, futuristic cities - heck, Brannigan's already got his Star Trek collar of discipline on his neck. I thought about putting dialogue in; Lois appears to be saying, "Tell them what you did." Leela appears to be saying, "Oh, this ought to be good." BTW, how'd ya like the city?
