I have so much fun thinking about what Maggie Simpson would say, and the deeper the topic, the more fun the cartoon gag becomes. Would she discuss ancient Greek philosophy? Nuclear physics? Or, maybe like here, she's' just studying us until the fleet arrives.
"It sure got cloudy all of a sudden," Marge noted.

Ā I've just developed an interest in Maggie thanks to this picture, it's so fun to see her talking considering she does very little if not flat out nothing in most episodes.

It's such a fun thing to do, as it's one of the great gags in the show; if you'll remember when they peek into the future, they show her as a teenager and complain about how much she talks on the phone, but they still don't show her speaking. I just figure that if she ever does talk, it's really going to be something important. I've got another one of those to do yet.
