Remaquel. Wow.. that is the best way to describe that movie. Number two is my favorite so PLEASE make that piece you wanted to do. Hell.. here is some free advice.. do what you like best anyway.. screw your audience! That way you will be the best artist you can be.
I never would have found this if i hadn't read your comments on the Daily Deviation that you did on Mario. I don't know which is more of my favorite. But I can tell if you do the Evil Dead 2 piece, it probably will trump both of these!

Well, as I keep mentioning, my graduation is in less than a week, so maybe when I get settled in wherever I go I'll make sure to make time to give myself projects, that piece being one of them.
I already have a portfolio to send out of course, but new pieces are always a good idea. Especially epic ones..

Ah, well for me, growth as an artist is all I can ask for.. I am just starting out as one so I have a lot of growing room. You are talented, obviously, so do what feels right. That being something epic.. or that which makes you money.. or hopefully both at once.

Yup, Ringling College of Art and Design. Monday's my last day of class then the ceremony's on Friday, and then I'm movin up to SC on Saturday, then probably Chicago at the end of may/beginning of June. Craaaaazy times.
What I PLAN to do is apply as an inker for a comic company, but until then I'm gonna be random artist #8924892943875298436 etc. workin at Walgreens waiting for my big break.

I am almost a Jr. in college working for my programming and IT majors..
I wish I had the raw talent to become a full time artist.. but maybe someday?
Thankfully though, Ill be able to do my 9 to 5 for a few years and then move on to what I feel like doing. Computers are used in all my favorite careers.. music, games, movies, etc.. so someday I hope to do what I love for money. For now, I am stuck doing it here and in my off time.. but its fun.

Yeah thanks, good luck to you too. My brother graduated ISU last year as a computer science major and works for some place called sentac just making debugging programs but working on an Tactical Strategy game on the side(slowly, I might add).
Tough to stare at a computer all day for a job, then again we all do it anyway haha.

I was gonna do that scene from Evil Dead 2 when he's standing in front of the broken bridge and make it really epic, but the simple fact is that more people have seen/liked Army of Darkness. Personally, I do like 2 the best of the series.

Remaquel. I just rewatched all three of them a few months ago and I know, Sam Raimi said it wasn't a remake but it's hard to debate. More sequel than remake I'd say.
