LONG COMMENT TIME
This is a picture of all the 6 main characters of TotA and one of their favorite food
How do I know their favorite food? well the game tells you...in a sense. Guy: can we say FISH? XD Almost everything this man makes is some type of dead sea creature. He has 12 specialty dishes, and 8 of them are seafood related. It wouldn't surprise me if he snuck it into the other 4. I wonder if his love for fish is some kind of cruel, demented joke by Namco...with his fear of women and all
.. If you don't get what I mean then... just be happy you don't have as sick of a mind as me. I see him as being the second best cook of the group aside from Anise because of the years he spent as a servant. He's also the only one that has a specialty dish for miso stew. EAT UP!Luke: Almost everything this boy makes is chicken. He makes 2 shrimp dishes, which I think is in majority a result of Guy's inflence, but the rest is chicken chicken and more chicken! Hehe... it makes me giggle...because chicken is one of my favorite foods. Asch makes the same exact dishes as Luke minus the shrimp. without guy's influence, I guess he doesn't care for shrimp, and thus he doesn't make those 2 dishes. That's my explaination at least :3 "BA-KAWK!"
Natalia: She loves cheese...because she's so cheesy
hehe j/k. She makes 7 cheese dishes... with the weirdest one being fried cheese. I just can't imagine how fried cheese would taste... or look. what the HELL? I'd definately attack her cheesecake, cheese pizza, or cheese toast though. I am a cheese fiend 
Go forth, Natalia, and spread the cheezy cheeze-ness~Tear: Tear likes eggs I guess. O_oa I didn't really see alot of consistency in her meals like I did with some of the others, but 3 of her meals are egg dishes, so she must like them
She needs to bring some eggs so we can egg someone's house. Yessss... like VAN'S HIDEOUT! "Take this, big brother" -- oh yeah, and she makes FRENCH FRIES HELL YEAH! (though the fact that the base dish for it is fried chicken weirds me out. It better not be chicken fries >>; blegh)Jade: Jade just likes pretty much anything I think. he makes a few tofu, potato, noodle/pasta, and salmon dishes. Enough to please everyone. Potato seems to be his favorite, but I drew him with some tofu, because I just think it fits better. His potato pizza seems silly, but I wanna try it. lol. Stop joking, Jade. no one will believe you eat babies...except maybe Guy...
Anise: Anise loves fruit and beef
she makes 4 fruit dishes and 5 beef dishes. To rescue myself from having to draw a cow, I just drew her with fruit I'm sure she throws them into her other dishes as well..such as shortcake. As long as she doesn't mix the beef and fruit.... ew ._. I wanna try her fruit salad, or her beef stew. I'm not so sure about the fruit sandwich. Sounds a bit strange to me.That's that. If you actually read through all that madness then.. yay? heh... I am so weird going into so much detail. I may draw some non-chibi food related pics in the future. be afraid....very afraid.

I noticed French Fries appearing with Tear, too, the entire time. .. won't she get constipated if she only eats fries? And despite my vegetarianism .. I'd like to try Luke's chicken dishes .. chicken is almost the only meat I eat. Sometimes.

The first time I made Jade make toast, he burnt it. I told my friend that the way Jade makes toast is so:
step 1) slice bread and place it on non-flammable plate
step 2) place bread on floor in location with no flammable substance
step 3) cast infernal prison on bread
step 4) spread butter on bread (or ashes) and enjoy
Then Jade would present the burnt toast to Luke who would tell him that he's not good at making toast. Then Jade says it tastes wonderful as he chews on a perfectly cooked piece of toast.

lol XD Jade is silly. He'd make up some BS story that eating burnt toast adds more nutrients to the body and builds stronger muscles or something lol. Then Luke would eat it up

I've been trying the recipes and I think the thing with Tear is since she's a soldier, she tries to make food that has high protein and carbs, although she has a domestic side with that apple pie and mild curry.
Meanwhile, Jade is a health nut. He never uses red meat, and he's the only one so far that has ever used tofu in his recipes. The fact that he uses it for fried chicken makes me all the more convinced that he's a semi-vegetarian.

Yeah I noticed that about Jade later on after making this XD I paid closer attention to his meals and how he substitutes the more unhealthy ingredients with more healthy ones. He's so cute :3 He's like the oldest one so I guess he has to look out for his blood pressure and cholesterol. lol

Tofu does fit, by rule of relationships. Jade - in English - is voiced by Kirk Thornton, who plays Don Patch in Bobobo (I believe I am still the only one of my friends who thinks the show absolutely hilarious), who also has a lot to do with tofu. So... it fits!

Fried cheese is pretty common here... I figure Americans just fry everything. Mozzarella sticks and so on. I'm afraid to try them because I know if they're good I'll keep eating them and gain like 50 pounds in the first week of having them.
Alternatively it could be like the cheese that leaks out of a quesadilla or a grilled cheese sandwich and into the pan so it gets crispy... if Natalia could make, like, chips out of that, or something, it would be the best food ever.
I only cooked, like, once in ToA. For some reason I didn't get into it like I did in ToS... though in ToS I pretty much just set Genis to do everything and ignored everyone else

yep curry is what Jade orders the most in the bar. this is based more on the ingredients thye cook with though than anything else XD Jade seems to be a health freak, adding some kind of veggie (usually potato), tofu, etc to his dishes and he doesn't use red meat unless it's part of the main dish ingredients. hehe :3 I think it's adorable. if you haven't mastered everyone's cooking you should try it. you notice all kinds of cute things. the fact that Jade made "burnt fruit cocktail" once still amuses me.

I'm too lazy to get into cooking in the Tales of games, so it's funny to see these weird trends with them. (Like the whole "Kratos hates tomatoes!" thing.

Zelos really likes seafood too, just like Guy -- tuna specifically, I think, and he hates octopus. Genis loves milk, I think Raine likes lemons . . . Sheena likes rice and Presea likes spicy foods (I think). Kratos likes seafood as well, though it's a different fish than Zelos . . . ACTUALLY, wait, Kratos' might be the tuna . . . whatever, I just know that both of them like seafood.
Also, Kratos and Lloyd both despise tomatoes. Kratos' is never specifically stated, but he cannot cook anything with tomatoes, and Lloyd's in the same boat though his DOES come up in an affection skit with Genis.
And yeah-ah I'm commenting on a comment made two years ago! I'm cool!
