There are Two Kokiris Named Fado...Does That Mean The Fado From Twilight Princess is Also A Kokiri? O_o

The game designers were originally going to make a wind temple, but changed it to the forest temple. Fado was going to be the sage of the wind temple, so that's why she has a different look from the generic Kokiri. I don't want Saria to lose her temple or sage title, but I wish they would have let Fado be a sage too...She's a good character...

Something that bothers me about her name:
In Ocarina of time, she is that girl.
In Wind Waker, Fado is now a boy, and is the deceased sage of the wind temple.
And then twilight princes...Fado is the rancher guy's name.
I...I'm confused about all that.

This is...still odd.
Every Link had to have been named. So the people know if they name their child "Link", then he's guaranteed to be a legendary hero.
Every princess is named Zelda.
Even the villain's clan had to name their child. Ganondorf.
And Fado...the name for someone who lives in a forest/nature area.
