this is the piece that should have gone up last night !!!!( think the Dev have problems).
It,s the first of a 10 piece series of drawings that I have been given the contract to complete for the Royal Museum of the Regiment in the UK .
it,s also another hobby of mine to collect and research old uniforms( main era:- Battle of Waterloo)
I posted this just in case your interested in this sort of thing. I took this from a foto that I took last year while I was in the UK watching a re-enactment of military life in the 1800,s.
Competely pencil work here.

Wow, this is extrmely impressive. I wish the photo of it was better quality, because the drawing is stupendous. The pencil work is so smooth I thought it might be some kind of photograph at first. Military uniforms throughout history are fascinating. My father has a friend who acutally collects antique military uniforms so he can do paintings of them. Great work :]
