never thought the french would put out anything worth while combat wise. wat u kno, they make more than just good wine! nice job. the lighting isnt all that great but this is probably done with another program than the ones i usually see.

Our Leclerc tanks are one of the best (better than the abrams), and our planes (mirage, rafale) are good too.
WW2 wasn't our only war you know.

the newer models of the abrams are more than formidible. the french have a tank with a nice gun, but overall its not much better than germanys tanks, or britans, or... some of the nordic countries im ont familiar with. im not impressed with the mirage, but the rafale is a nice piece of equiptment. as good as it is though, they have some compettiton with the russian fighters that are coming out. as for dassult, theyve got good functionality, and *comfort*, but they ned to invest in some stealth technology. its more than vital anymore.

Well i don't know much about the new Abrams model. I just know that the standard abrams have manual reload and must advance slowly to fire with a good accuracy. While the Leclerc has automatic reloading system and is accurate even at high speed. But it's expensive as hell, and have problem with very low temperature.
About the infantry, i Know we have the FELIN equipment being produced, with a new famas and lot of improvements to the traditonal soldier equipment.
I heard the Americans were going for exosqueletons, is that true?

tanks will always be improved, but in todays current feild of battle (and probably far into the future for many countries) theese new APCs will be more useful in most situations. theres one called an MRAP but theres an even more efficent one that i cant find ATM...
and the exoskeleton design is just in its infancy right now but they are making leaps of progress. its likley that we will see its use in the next 20 -30 years...supposedly. the whole thing has some holes in it right now, weight, affordabillity, and sturdyness are some, but there is progress being made, and i havent seen anything on it in awhile now. its an interesting concept. id like to see us adopt some of the equiptment coming out of isreal rightnow.
