Considering how hard Gywn tried to cover up the existence of his first born, it could be the the Nameless King could be the father instead.  Short of killing his granddaughter, Gywn did everything in his power to remove any trace of Priscilla from the world.    As well, both Priscilla and the Nameless King both have white hair.  Likewise, considering that the Nameless King had sided with the dragons during the event's before DS1, who's to say that he didn't have an affair with another drake/dragon during the war.

Now as for Priscilla herself.  I will agree that she did obtain those genes that make her look albino, but if that were so, wouldn't she have red or pink eyes.  As for the craziness, that could be down to either the isolation or the fact that the hollows in the painted world still hold on a bit of sanity not to go after her.

Look, I'll take back that Seeth/Gwynevere can't be the parents, but i will say their there now is a new contender who it could be.
