Heres an MP3 player skin I was comissioned to do for Conduits new Pocket Player. [link]The main guy in the band is dressed up like Guilty Gear character designer Daisuke Ishiwatari, I was racking my brains on how to make him look when I was alerted to Daisuke's unique hair style when one of the guys over at Pixelations posted a pixel pic of him. Once I saw it I knew thats how I wanted the singer in my little pixel band to look.
I'm most fond of the other 2 members of the band (I guess they use a drum machine) the large ginger haired TAD Doyle look a like and the cute Pink Haired Japanese bassist.

The way you add all the little details is what makes the composition so balanced. Like the little sticky notes on the speaker and the cans on the floor. Totally real life rockstar. Makes your work even better. Fills it out. Wish I had a PPC to use it. Great work.

oy! that's quite another amazing little scene (and skin, as well) that you pulled off. everything is so ... so crisp! it works together to make a perfect player. the character are well made as well as the whole band environment as well.

Actually wenstrom is a little off. It's made up of at least 4 frames. 1 for off and three for the movement. You can see that if you look at the cat. His feet move in two directions, so there has to be at least one more frame. I did think it was only three at first, though

This is such a great skin, too bad I don't have a Pocket PC to try it out. I really like the setup of this, a studio scene. The layout of the navigation is also excellent. Great work all around!

This thing is so awesome that you hardly notice that the movement consist on just 2 frames, making a grand total of 3 different frames. Great work on this one, as usual.
