You could show more skin on the arms and legs, with the arms have it to the elbow or to the shoulder, and for the legs the knee or the thigh.

possible raptor candidates: Phillipine Eagle, Harpy Eagle, Stellar's Sea Eagle, Osprey, King Vulture, Swallow-Tailed Kite, Great Horned Owl, Fawkes from Harry Potter (think it'd be sick looking)

Woah, unlike most winged anthros out there this one looks like it would actually be able to fly. Unless the legs are too heavy throwing the aerodynamics off balance.
