Description

I had quite a blast drawing this one as I'm normally not a fan at doing female characters, but in the end this turned out better then I expected. I wanted to stay as close as possible to her original Rare design while at the same time improving on her proportions and overall bases, since she was designed by Rare to resemble Jessica Rabbit from Who Framed Rodger Rabbit (1988). I also wanted to accentuate her figure and features more closely in line with her lore as being the most Beautiful Being Alive to both the Kongs and Kremlings in the Donkey Kong Universe while also maintaining an intimidating presents as a Kong with authority and respect. Overall this was an interesting project to tackle, and I hope Dixie Kong turns out just as well in the future.
