As the Title says. I wanted to try one of Sliver's older Concept features of when his Psychokinesis power is inactive his Quills will fold down. I dont know why Sega would Scrap that feature for him but silver to me looks a lot better with it than without.Silver the Hedgehog(C)Sega

well some games designers are daft for scrapping good ideas
like the last 2 Oddworld world games were intended for PS2 then got to the Xbox ¬x¬
Would have done better on PS2 in first place hands down
