The sister legendary to [link]I may redesign this drastically hence I shall leave it in the shadows for the moment, I'll give it till tomorrow to see what I come up with then edit this fakemon.
You know what? I think it's your chance to get involved, Why don't you guys tell me what you would like me to add on instead. So it's all up to you (but I'm not gonna remove anything currently on the design though)
Note: it's not supposed to have hind fins but if your idea sounds cool I might.

Actually I love the design the way it is. If adding more doesnt come naturally then I like to leave as is. Forcing more details or stuff can sometimes be bad. For example Golduck is simple design but so awesome.

i think the tail should be a bit longer, kinda looks like a slug, make look loch ness look alike :3 on the tip of the long tail, it should have a gem or a large crystal on it 8D this is a really beautiful fakemon

wow, sorry It took so long, but anyways....I 've actually been fooling around with it for a while now and really do love the longer (perhaps slimmer) tail so that's in the bag. But the crystal on the end is something I'll have to experiment with it(it seem a really good choice since both of you agree with that), until then, thanks a lot for your input!

Maybe something more on the tail would be cool... like a blue or yellow orb, or maybe ice like on the head!

Y'know it's ridiculous that I thought of that before (the ice part, I'm saving the orb designs for the other region legendaries
