I just have the baby doll pattern there. The darling plush pattern is free. I'm working on making a bunka-inspired pattern.

I just tried to download the file and there is no win format file only Mac. Is there a way you can save the PDF in win format and include in the zip file? I've tried several ways to open and save this file with no luck. I can open the file in Windows Photo Gallery but it doesn't do me any good since I can't scroll and print from that software. Appreciate your help with this, I'd love to be able to make some of these thanks!!

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

gurliebot In reply to terri711 [2011-07-05 22:50:47 +0000 UTC]

That's odd. It should work in any format from Adobe Reader. Have you tried using it? It's a free program. [link]

I'll see if I can change the format though.

terri711 In reply to gurliebot [2011-07-08 06:50:01 +0000 UTC]

Did you create the document on a Mac? If so, that's why it won't open on my end. I run Windows. I downloaded the file and try to open it in Adobe it doesn't recognize the file type, it's looking for a Mac to open it and since I run Windows nothing happens. Can you save it again in Windows format then it should open for me in Adobe. Thanks!!

gurliebot In reply to terri711 [2011-07-08 11:40:34 +0000 UTC]

I'm sorry, but it is not possible to format a pdf in one way or an other since it is a cross-platform file type.

The pattern can also be downloaded here:
[link]

If you are still unable to open it the file downloaded from the alternative link, let me know and I will email you am image file of of the pattern. However, I can not guarantee how it will print.

tieaknot [2011-01-04 06:43:44 +0000 UTC]

ON average, how long does it take you to make one doll?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

gurliebot In reply to tieaknot [2011-01-04 18:03:28 +0000 UTC]

about couple of hours if i it down and work at it, or a day or two if i procrastinate. it depends on how complex the doll, the size, whether or not is has clothes, that sort of thing.

tieaknot In reply to gurliebot [2011-01-06 00:22:14 +0000 UTC]

Okay, thanks. Was planning on making this for my friend's birthday, which is coming up in a few days.

Ginnunga [2010-11-17 22:23:25 +0000 UTC]

Huh, when I try to open it in adobe reader, it says there was an error. When I try to open it in photoshop, a password is needed?

If there is a password, would you Note it to me? (I just want to enlarge the pattern a little by increasing its print size in PS.)

I really wanna work with your pattern, it looks like fun!

Hi!
I've edited the file so you should be able to open it now in PS.

Please let me know if it doesn't work.
