The furth time his shirt was pulled up. He thought Hooks head was detatched and so when he "found" it and tried to pull it out, Hook got mad and grabbed him by the shirt, ready to hit him until some pirate mentioned "Peter Pan!"
I added a belly button to him on the second picture.

Oh I remember this.
First Smee was like: Captain? Oh, dear! I never shaved him this close before. Ooh...Ooh...Ooh! Now, don't worry captain. It must be somewhere about.
Smee goes under the chair and moving it. Hook walks up and looks at Smee.
Captain Hook: Get up, you idiot!
Mr. Smee: Aye, aye, sir.
Hook falls to the other side of the boat and Smee saw only his head.
Mr. Smee: Ooh! I found it, captain.
He tries to pull out Hook's head.
Mr. Smee: Good as new.
Hook gets angry and pulls up Smee with his hook.
Captain Hook: Why, you blithering blockhead!
Then a pirate calls: Peter Pan ahoy!
The classics never die.
