Sorry for not answering before... if I didn't... I've been quite busy this past month... I basicly took the front lens group, which already transforms it into a super-macro (over 1:1) later, I have also dismounted this front group which is made of 3 glass elements and took the middle one to use to regain ring focus control and also autofocus. Since this makes it lose magnification, I attached this middle element into a close-up +4 filter and attached both on the front of the lens. I have also added a dozen high luminosity leds around the focus barrel to act as a ring flash.

I'm now waiting for some parts I've ordered on ebay to arrive so I can improve this lighting system.

You can find great info about this lens modification on google. there are many foruns about it.
