Vilhelmina is a hard working Swiss girl who wants nothing more than to work in her family's tavern, marry her fiance, and go mountain climbing on weekends. However all that is put in jeopardy when Millenia's anti fat hysteria begins to overtake the world. Always Oktober, her family's tavern begins to lose business do to the fact that she and her family are all very large people and they serve incredibly rich foods. Her fiance Gaston who loves and encourages her is publicly mocked by people for being with her. Outraged the large but beautiful bar hostess decides to make use of her experience as a former amateur wrestler and enters the Guts n glory tournament.

Vilhelmina is a happy and proud young woman, while she wants to win the tournament shes very happy meeting other large powerful women. Vilhelmina is very comfortable in her own body, having no qualms about wearing the swiss themed wrestling costume that Gaston made for her.

Vilhelmina utilizes a variety of wrestling holds and throws in battle, she combines this with brawling knowledge picked up from wild Friday nights at the tavern. Vilhelmina possesses almost superhuman strength, and can even lift and throw huge stone boulders with relative ease. She's also assisted by her St. Bernard Wolfgang who brings her various Berglund family herbal beers which are said to have numerous beneficial effects besides being tasty.

Vilhelmina's family is everything to her, and her whole reason for doing this is to protect them and their livelihood. Her parents are Serge and Erika, she has two brothers Heinz and Olaf, four uncles Dario, Tobias, Sepp, and Farid, and two aunts Liana and Orsola.
