not sure how a 25 ft tall ape would lose to the small JP3 Spinosaurus.
Kong would be almost 10 ft tall than the JP3 Spinosaurus (head height)

They're more like roughly ~15 meters long based on the movie itself.
You have to give it a diplodocoid or a Leaellynasaura tail to get it to the alleged 20+ meter lengths.

brain size doesn't exactly matter, it depends on the part of the brain and in t.rexs case the biggest part of the brain was used for smell.
that doesn't mean it wasn't smarter, it probably was, but it depends on what you mean in terms of intelegence, since it is measured in many ways...

King Kong was depicted to be some kind of super gorilla or something for movie purposes and it would never be able to kill much over a carcharadontosaurus. And we as humans will never be able to know who was smarted until we get much more advanced technology so it's silly to assume a Dino's strength because all we have as evidence is bones. And before you tell me all about the paleontology stuff, I know but I feel we should not estimate muscle over bones.
