Fame is overrated.But. Obsession for fame is what my artwork is about. I have illustrated a scene from one of my favourite videoclip (art direction=amazing) Paparazzi by Lady Gaga. I absolutely love this video, as much as the entire album: The Fame. This is for me a fascinating piece who deeply exploits the subject with sarcasm, edginess, and modernity. Songs along live performances, clips besides artworks, her whole concept turn into a show as smothering and overwhelming as the celebrities/fame-whores of our reality.

I like the idea, but it would be awesome if a little more time was taken so that the image became a little more objective and representational. Right now, you're borderline impressionistic! Again, very cool idea though.

Thanks for your input. I made it on purpose so it's graphically simple and minimalist. I didn't want to make a Lady Gaga portrait, it's a concept. And taking this and making it more "objective and representational" would be totally useless. But I see you didn't get the point. Also, I don't know what's wrong with impressionism.
And if you want an representational picture of Gaga, just google her.

Okay okay, I get the picture. Maybe clean up the shapes a bit then? Like for instance, her mickey glasses aren't perfect circles and some nice clean shapes would help solidify this piece. Actually, the glasses are the only thing. Sorry if my previous comment came off as rude.

I have to say that, again, don't agree. My angle on the subject is negative and sarcastic, so i don't see why i should make the art nice and perfect.
I personally believe in what is rough, imperfect, and awkward cause life's a bitch and nothing is fine and dandy.

I really love this. So many people will overlook this, but those you decide to look closer see all of the detail and meaning. I find that that this piece perfectly conveys the same meaning that The Fame conveyed to you. Amazing job!
