CharlieMozart97 did ask me to draw Serena from Pokémon in a prom dress. I wasted no time of saying yes and I began the work almost immediately. He did send references for his request I did and didn't disappoint. I did the hairdo provided for his request as I did the braids on Serena's hair. As for the dress, it looked similar to the reference sent to me. Serena's dress is cherry red with metallic red and platinum sequin buttons. I wanted to make Serena as lovely as I could for her prom night with her dress and hairdo for the big night. I added more cuteness with the background as I drew an almost stylized rose behind Serena because she deserves something special. Serena's pose is loosely based on the Artemis of Mytilene as it depicted the goddess leaning with her right arm on a column. I chose to add a Doric column for classiness. Still, I was happy on what I wished to make. "Frumoasa Serena" means "The Lovely Serena" in Romanian. I did the drawing proud with Serena in her prom dress and her hairdo. I wonder if she's waiting for someone to enjoy prom night. I think the shading is present on the drawing, but I was creative on my drawing. I hope that CharlieMozart97 loves the request I made for him.
