Do you used tracing at any point making these, because the proportions are perfect.

The only things I use are references, Images right next to the drawing (More so I have Halo open on my Xbox in theater mode and just look at that.) so I'm more accurate that way. The only time I trace are vehicles and if needed, buildings because I am not skilled with those subjects just yet.
