Description Near the end of the series, constant use of the Tekkaman armor is having serious effects on D-Boy's health, similar to what happened to Miyuki. When the Space Knights finally meet back up with Freeman, he proposes a procedure to help stabilize D-Boy and also evolve his Tekkaman form even further.

The result is what they referred to as an Evolved Tekkaman, or "Blastor Tekkaman". D-Boy still transforms using Pegas into his original Tekkaman Armor, but can force the evolution to Blastor Tekkaman at will. The Blastor form is incredibly powerful, and is much stronger, faster and durable than a normal Tekkaman. Functionally similar to his normal armor, the Blastor Form has a new Tek-Lancer that can fire energy from itself; and has a much more powerful Voltekker. This form has Voltekker crystals in both shoulder pods, but as well within the gauntlets. This Voltekker is much more powerful, and when charging, the 4 areas of crystals each form an energy ball, which then combine into one large ball of energy that radiates energy that can destroy landscape and Radam creatures before even firing. When fired, the beam is a dark blue and when it hits its target, it becomes similar to the of a nuclear explosion.

The first time he transforms, he easily completely overwhelms Tekkaman Lance, and in it's second use, he also completely overwhelms Tekkaman Evil. Lance is completely destroyed in their fight by the Blastor Voltekker, but in the fight against Tekkaman Evil, Evil is saved by Tekkaman Sword before he can be killed by the Voltekker.

Unfortunately, using the armor has the side effect of messing up and erasing parts of D-Boy's memories. So much that after the first transformation, he forgets most of what happened in the series, and even forgets he can transform into Blastor mode when fighting Tekkaman Evil.

In the end, Blade uses the Blastor form to finally destroy Tekkaman Omega, and the Radam ship. His body forced out of the Blastor armor, falls to Earth and is recovered. Unfortunately or Fortunately, depending how you look at it, the series ends with D-Boy completely amnesiac in a wheelchair. Aki is with him, and he seems to be barely able to say her name, but seems to at least recognize here somewhat... but he seems happy at least.
