His own eyes gained a mad glimmer, while eyes filled his hat. He carries not only his staff, but also an orb that allows him to see far more than other mages.
Through his words, he can make the seeing go blind, the blind begin to see, see through others eyes, or force one to do the same. He is very fickle, and enjoys his power over others, common folk who meet him are targets of random acts of charity, malice of just a simple prank.
