I always love how shoulder pads look from the front and hate them at every other angle. Right here he looks downright powerful and intimidating.

He was born on the planet Jupiter which is well known for huge storms. A select few from the planet are able to harness great electrical power.
His main power is electricity. He can also fly.
Oh and his skin is blue.
