ABOUT THE ARTIST ►►► Diyana Georgieva is a visual artist from Sofia, Bulgaria. She does t-shirt and tattoo designs as her daily job and owns N.A.S Tattoo & Piercing shop with her husband, where she can express herself perfectly.
ABOUT THE PROJECT ►►► "Circles" is Diyana's second exhibition at the Gwendol Art Gallery. After the colorful portrait photo-manipulations exhibited last year, this time, Diyana presents her geometric obsession with twenty artworks inspired by energy, folklore, and forms themselves.
ABOUT THE METHOD ►►► Diyana prefers to make photo manipulations and collages inspired by urban art and tattoo culture. Her art is also influenced by geometrical forms and nature, by the place where she lives. That's why she draws mainly on paper and then refines her works digitally.
