Description I had the idea for a long time but now I finally got the time to do it, I made the Monster Book of Monsters !
It's not exactly as the one in the movies but it's good enough for me
The book can be opened and you can put things in it

Materials used: fake fur, wooden book, 4 buttons, clay, vampire teeth, acrylic paint, leather and a lot of hot glue.
Measurements: 14 inch x 10 inch x 4 inch. (36cm x 25cm x 10cm)

This is amazing!!! I've been wanting to make on of these for years, and I think now i know how!. One question though... how did you make it's little tentacles?

Thank you so much! I made the tentacles from clay. I painted them en then glued them onto the wooden book (doesn't stick very well, but it works). You need to do this before you put the fur on it

What kind of clay would you suggest? I'm pretty new to clay so any tips would be appreciated. Finally able to start getting what I need together.

I actually can't remember what kind of clay I used. But any clay that you don't have to fire will do I think.

I was laughing so much, when they appeared in the movie, and wanted to cuddle this little fur-book-monsters
