First thing's first, this isn't a strictly turtlecest picture so I'm not putting up a warning. You can easily interpret it in the way that Raph's bitching about some leadership business and needs to get Leo to listen to his points. In that case, he better back off because he's nearing the development described in the next paragraph.

One of the things I dislike about Raph/Leo is that people tend to let Raph have his way entirely. Leo isn't a lady. He will defend himself. He'll become scared, he'll panic, kick Raph's shell and run away if he doesn't want to accept his advances. He definitely will in this picture.

Only now did I realise that poor Leonardo's also missing a leg.
