Description
The title comes from a joke my Nana played on me when I was a wee 'un. She told me she could see my profile, and laughed while I tugged at my nightgown to cover what naughty thing I was showing. LOLTHis is a stretch for me because I HATE my profile. Don't ask me why, but I really don't like it. Trying to overcome that.

It's easy to pick apart oneself and find all the imperfections and things that aren't in the narrow range of what is normally called attractive. This is why I said I was working on it. I am getting better at seeing what is good about me...it all just takes a bit of time.

i hear you. i got issues with my looks and security thereof at times but in my defense i was a UGLY kid. i wish none of those photos ever existed. i never went to get my photo taken for the yearbooks when i was in high school. it's REALLY hard for me to believe a comment or think i'm attractive to women which is why i don't rely on that to get the fairer sex interested in me. unfortunately most women these days are very stupid and insecure and make very bad decisions in choosing mates (i've had more than 1 woman agree with me on this point, even confessing that they used to be those desperate women). but i digress. i will say just like you that i've finally had a few photos of me nude taken by my lover (and we're in a open relationship, nothing exclusive here but i don't mess around, i don't use women for sex, not in my nature to use people for ANYTHING without feeling guilty) that alot of people seem to like. i don't know if you want to see them or not but they shouldn't be hard to find.
guess we both got alot of work to do on ourselves when it comes to confidence and self-esteem huh? instead of seeking a therapist who would just dope us up and take our money (which it would be cheaper and quicker to see a dopepusher on the street depending on choice of dope) we can just use a photographer and a camera. since you're a photographer it works out for you.

Yeah, no therapist for me. I have some really supportive people around me irl and online, so that helps.

aww thank you babe. i'm glad you liked them. the 1st ones she took of me during Christmas so my face is in a couple of those not to mention comments about how good my ass looks.
and good, sometimes that's all you need is the comfort of good friends and a good conversation.

I hope your many experiences here have helped in your begrudging acceptance of your profile. It is for me yet another element of how lovely your face really is. You do such a good job emoting to us in your shots, and the profile gives us a lighter, mystical view of you. The only drawback is that we see less of those potent eyes

I guess we all dislike something about ourselves but seriously Gwenyth, take a look through your pictures you are a very beautiful woman and you should be humbly proud of that, not worry about your own perceived dislikes. Be happy, you are uniquely beautiful

I'm generally content with my appearance. We all do have those ticky little things that bother us, and I'm doing my best to over come them.
