From the left we have; Gloria Ranov - human ops officer; V'Lafav - Vulcan first/science officer; Jhollaa Sh'qaonor - Aener helmsman;
Captain Alexa T'Chol; Leloss - Orion tactical officer; Rene Ograarem - Betaziod Medical officer ; Gississ - Orion chief engineer

Alexa wanted a crew that embraced the diversity of the Federation.

And yes, they have heard ALL the jokes about having a blind helmsmen
