What beautiful liquid blue eyes! I like the mysterious, sort of dark secrecy to them, they have a lovely depth I could just keep staring into. The highlights also have a lot to do with it- I like how you didn't make them those large white circles at the corners, makes them more realistic.
And those lips! It's such an amazing painterly and almost doll-like beauty. Enchanting. Ugh. <3
