Description
Turefant evolves into Elfoont, the Long Nose Pokemon. Small Pokemon take shelter under them during heavy rain. Underwater, its coat behaves as a floatation device if it has to stay on the surface, or as a streamlined suit for diving deep.

Elfoont is named after elephant and typhoon. The design is simply based on a thick raincoat lol. Its two tails are the little straps you tug to tighten the hood.
