I gotta say, for a first attempt, this is pretty damn impressive.

This is seriously stunning. I love the saturated blue. It makes the black and white and yellow of the eagle pop right off the page. Wonderful focus and great moment to capture. I only wish I could see the ends of his wings, but considering the splendid detail of the whole bird, it's really not a big deal. Great work.
