(HUGE STORY SPOILER WARNING)This image is what i had in mind for the final battle in Spec-Ops where Kusovai and Koji square off inside the covenant cruiser The Antagonist. As you can see here, Kusovai is FUCKING HUGE compared to a normal elite.
An average marine would be up to Kusovai's thigh whereas a spartan would be up to his waist area.
Kusivai is about 9ft tall, the same size as a Brute.
Koji volunteered to sacrifice himself to plant and manually activate FERNIS nuclear warheads inside Kusovai's ship and hoped to annihalate the Arbiter.
Will Koji succeed in ending Kusovai's tyrannical reign and saving humanity at the cost of his own life?
Or will Kusovai slay the spartan and resume his genocidal campaign under the command of the prophets, sealing the fate of the human race?

Thanks! The armor is actually the same as the recent Arbiter redesign I posted a while back.

Even though that's technically untrue, it's just to boost morale.
The covenant do a similar thing with the arbiter, by claiming that the corpse of every arbiter, from first to last, is stored in the Mausoleum of the Arbiter on High Charity. Even though this would be impossible because more often than not, the arbiter's body and armor woould be totally destroyed beyond recovery.

I know, like you said, its to give humanity a sense of hope that they have "untouchable" heros fighting for them.
Each Arbiter receives a different set of armor, though all of them have the same design
But the thing is, how is Kusovai able to beat a Spartan, when he lost to a regualr marine?
