I haven't drawn these two in a normal picture for some time. I was doing a little referencing with borderline mori fashion, most of which Iceland would look good in. Hong Kong can pull it off if I draw him right.Axis Powers: Hetalia and its characters belong to Himaruya Hidekazu.

I'm actually not sure. People have said that Iceland is taller, but in some panels, Hong Kong was taller than China. I usually try to make them close to the same height when I can.
