She just wanted him to be blinking, but I thought it'd be interesting to make his hair and cape flow a bit.

...Ah, I regret taking it upon myself to doing it. It's not that it's difficult, but I had to do this in Procreate so the frames kept screwing up, and the animation requires a lot typing and copying and pasting and rough checks... Roughly 47 frames were used. All animation done in GIMP.

I uh...I had the whole process of how I did this entire thing, but it wouldn't make sense if I showed it to you in a gif, and blah blah blah. Don't ask me to do a tutorial.

(This isn't pixel art, but I'm going to file it into my pixel art folder for future reference.)
