This...took a while. Gah, ever since cutting my hair, I've been looking like Hong Kong with slightly longer hair. I'm just glad I finished this.
I'll upload a WIP in a bit.
EDIT: Got rid of the rain covering my face so it's clearer.

It's not so much that I love it; we need it where I live. California's in a serious drought, and I've been longing for some water to get our water-powered energy back online and lakes filled up.

Long hair keeps my ears warm. (I have small ears.)
Plus, my hair's the type that gets ruffled when I sleep. Long hair usually weighs down the tufts and curls for me.

Hmm... I guess I don't really have those problems since I don't mind cold ears. (Used to live in a very cold area.) My hair gets REALLY messy when I sleep. To the point where it looks like I spent hours to make my hair look like a character from Dragonball, but it normally falls down when I spray it with water and brush it out.

That depends on what you're animating, I guess.

Is there a way to slow down the frames?

At the end of each frame, type in (###ms).
At the numbers, put in the amount of milliseconds you want the animation to stay at that frame. It's how some artists do delays on their pixel art. The animation for my icon is running at the standard 100ms.
