You are an amazing artist. I don't have much else to say other than that.

You did an amazing job with the texture there. And you know how to draw cloth, which I've found is rare. I like it a lot. Good idea with the setting too.

The mood in the picture matches the title, and the fishes look really realistic.

you showed the glow of the lantern nicely in the negative space around it. the shading is perfect on the ground in front and on his robe. the way the robe moves is very under-wateresque.

fish are awesome too, very threatening. great!

I'm on a "deviant comment" rampage, at least, for me. I never leave comments. But I love your stuff.

And, by the way, this rox ur sox. (Wow, that sounds really lame). But seriously. What an amazing job. I envy your pen and ink skills so much... I mean, trying this on scratchboard would be hard enough, but I bet it would be so much harder with pen and ink...of course, that's coming from a scratchboard addict.

The fish are really impressive, but what just blows my mind (I continue with the lameness to express my adoration) is the figure in the middle and the light cast by the lantern; god, even the stones in front of him--I would never have thought to add that. And the folds in the robe look so natural that it's unnatural. Nice.
