Okay, sooooo.... I've been wanting to do one of these for a while now, and I got inspired to one with this song because of Elesette , and then a BUNCH of people in the Chevalin-Wanderlust group also did things similar to this, or just individual pictures for the song, and I really freaking love this song, and it fits my character Thunderhead like...ohgod just so freaking well So I figured I HAD to make one.

That having been said.... my hand is dead X____X like ow...... I've never done something this big before, it's 10,000 pixels long x.x and even though I did it all in a very loose, sketchy ((SLOPPY)) style, it STILL took forever X_X

BUT WORTH IT!!

I'm really pretty happy over-all with how it turned out. I used quick refs for a few tricky poses, but for the most part, it was all free-hand P: There are a few bits I really wish I could change, but oh well XD;;; It was really good for practicing consistency, which I'm horrid at, so there was that XD I apologize for the horrible anatomy on most of these! lol I was trying to get it done pretty quick P:

Okay, enough rambling, I'mma post a little about each panel for peoples who don't know Thunder's history, but for those who do... yeah, this is basically his entire history from start to finish from his ref. XD

OH! and yes, I did use a couple things on here from the dream meme XD Cause I'm lazy

~*~

1 ~ Young Thunderhead and his mother Thistle, on the move at night again

2 ~ Thunderhead and Thistle (due to her trust issues, Thunder was the only one in Thistle's life)

3 ~ The night Thistle forced Thunderhead to cross the land bridges as they nearly completely submerged. He nearly drowned.

4 ~ Leaving his mother as she sleeps.

5 ~ First time seeing Riverwood ((I really hate his face in this one!! XD;;; I'll have to fix it later))

6 ~ River was just as stubborn and pig-headed as him, the two fought constantly

7 ~ After a while, frustration turned into understanding, and then affection, and the two became inseparable

8 ~ Riverwood telling Thunderhead she was pregnant

9 ~ The pregnancy was very hard on River, but Thunderhead was there for her constantly

10 ~ The night River gave birth

11 ~ Riverwood gave birth to a little filly; this meant, in the Bachelor herd, that River could be cast out, and their family separated

12 ~ Upset and terrified at the thought of being separated from her family, Riverwood asks Thunder for a moment alone with their new daughter

13 ~ Thunderhead becoming concerned as dawn breaks and Riverwood has yet to return ((I suck at drawing sun rises! ))

14 ~ After going back to where his mate and foal had been, he discovers that they're nowhere to be found

15 ~ Frantically, Thunderhead searches for them

16 ~ After weeks of searching, there is no sign of them...

17 ~ ...I'm sorry that I couldn't get to you...

18 ~ ...Anywhere I would have followed you...
