Description
Taken on the dirtbike range near Pueblo West last summer. Another big thunderstorm developing and dropping some heavy rain over the city. Took the jeep up to the top of one of the trails to get this shot and one other which I will upload momentarily
HDR blend in post processing.

There was quite a bit of lightning but I didn't stick around long enough to get any good shots of it lol

It seems fake.
I love it. Looks so far..vast and erratic.
I really love how the terrain looks rugged and lumpy,bumpy and the sky is completely offset by it. Smooth, plumpy but earthy and full of moist.

Have you tried during sunset? That's the only time I've really been able to get these kinds of thunderstorm shots. And they don't happen all the time
