God bless you then... I'm much the same - have little patience any more for tuts... For one thing they're difficult for me to read (eye probs) and comprehend (lil' ol' memory probs) and I sure as heck am "not" going to print the things out and waste a couple trees in the process... Better to just forge ahead knowing the worst that's going to happen is that I'll have to start over again... Kind of the process I'm still going thru with Apo...

Yes I have an eye issue for 2 years now. I am almost completely blind in my right eye due to plaque hitting the retina when I had a heart attack 4-28-08. There is no surgery to fix it, and I have to deal with it. I now have a cataract that is over that, so I have a hard time reading small print. I have had 2 eye surgeries on my left eye already, and do basically all of my viewing from that eye. When you look me straight in the eyes, you can not even tell I have this going on, but I do. I still drive, but not on the interstates. I have to have this one last eye surgery and then, hopefully some of that vision will come back. Keep your fingers crossed.

Mine is a very large vitreous floater (sorry if it's spelled wrong) that's broken loose and obscures the vision in my right eye and makes me wear an eye-patch (the right pirate, I am) to prevent me from going completely nuts... Have cataracts in both too, but not serious enough yet to be operated on... That, and having an energetic little Yorkie, keeps me from doing much in the way of reading...

I can just imagine... An eye-patch (I have a black satin one, but usually use the temp adhesive kind), a wide black leather belt, a black silk cape, and thigh-high black boots is about all you'd need to get that job done...
