That is one major disadvantage of being a superheroine concocted by a "knocked-out superheroines" fetishist -- when your creator gets turned on by seeing shapely, beautiful, scantily-clad women getting knocked unconscious by their opponents, you are going to lose most of the fights you get into! Unfortunately for poor Panther Girl (along with my other heroines, Polecat and "Occulta, the Witch of the Silvery Star"), that is just the way thing are!
Seriously, I created Panther Girl when I was a horny teenager, way back in the early 1970s. I wanted her to be a part of (my demented version of) the Marvel Universe, and have adventures with Shanna the She-Devil, where they would get KOed quite a bit before finally triumphing over the villains.
