Yes, that is definitely a consideration when my heroines are choosing their costumes -- "I know that I am going to get KOed and carried away quite often in this line of work, so I might as well look good when I am out cold and draped over some villain's shoulder!" Ha!

I operate under the assumption that all my male villains (Dastardly Disruptor, Stink-Bug, Victorian, Mr. Hideous, etc.) have crushes, whether they realize it consciously or not, on the sexy, barely-clothed heroines that they come into conflict with. Otherwise, as soon as they KOed Panther Girl, Polecat, or Occulta, they might decide to just go ahead and kill them , so the heroines could not bother them anymore! But, like you said, why terminate such a sexy, desirable woman?
