Just a bloody great image.
The cyan tones in the background, foreground, and on the model's snowboots, leggings, gloves, and fur-lined trim of her jacket ALL work to "pop" the RED RED RED of the jacket right off of the image.
I mean like whoosh ... the viewer's eye is immediately drawn to the red. Then to the background (as if to see just what is going on back there) and then back to the model herself.
You even went so far as to match up the colour of the model's iris (eye colour surrounding the pupil) WITH that of the overall cyan tone of the image! Fookin great! Lends a surreal twist to the pic. Almost subliminal.
Very nice.

to tell you the truth, that coat was actually purple. but i'm so fond of eyepopping colors, and red in particular, that i couldn't resist playing with sliders while editing. plus, purple doesn't really contrast that well with snow's blueish tint.
